One of Royale Lockhart’s earliest memories is visiting her own first grade art work on display at the Denver Art Museum. While she doesn’t remember how her art was selected, she remembers the feeling of pride, confidence and pleasure in being recognized for her artistic talent.  That infusion of self-confidence helped her find success as an adult.  For the last 20 years Royale has worked with children ages birth through young adult in roles from infant and toddler caregiver, preschool and kindergarten teacher, child care director, mentor, and friend.  Her own artistic endeavors have centered on creating engaging learning opportunities as well as some drawing, crocheting and metal work on the side.  Royale holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Colorado Christian University and is currently working on a Master of Business Administration from Northwest University.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
